FIT's Fitness Boot Camp is a fun and challenging fitness program, designed to get you the results that you are looking for. It is different from any program you have tried in the past. No two sessions are the same, we combine strength, cardio, stability, and agility. Fit's Boot Camp is for anyone, whether you are an experienced exerciser or new to exercise, we will progress you and push you to your limits.

What is it?
FIT's Fitness Boot Camp is a four week program, meeting two times a week. Classes are either 6:30am or 6:00pm on Mondays and Thursdays.
What if I am not physically fit?
No client will be left behind or asked to do more than they are capable of doing safely. People of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each session will increase in intensity as you progress.
What types of exercises are included?
Running/jogging/walking, body weight resistance exercises, agility, sports drills, power drills, pilates, medicine ball work, resistance band training, weight training, plus a whole lot more.
