Personal Training

The Personal Training services offered at FIT involve traditional weight training as well as functional training.  Functional Training trains the body for the movement it is intended to perform.  It integrates the best of all systems in a safe and fun manner.  Functional Training trains movement.  At FIT you will get a 1 on 1 session with your trainer with all of your goals in mind.  The program will be designed for you, not a cookie cutter system.  Personalized attention, emphasis on progression and the ability to achieve your goals is the FIT difference.  You can either train at our studio, at your home, or if the outdoors is more your style, we will train you at the park.
